Automating RCFF, Egypt

Sumerge has signed a Case Management System deal with the Regional Center for Food and Feed (RCFF) in Egypt to automate all of the RCFF processes which will enhance the work efficiency and speed, reduce the cost and connect all the different departments in the center. In this project we will deliver a complete Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Automation solution using IBM Case Manager Navigator, IBM FileNet Content Engine, IBM DB2, IBM Cognos, IBM Lotus and IBM Websphere technologies.
The Regional Center for Food and Feed (RCFF) was established in 1980 with the cooperation between the government of Denmark and the Ministry of Agriculture in Egypt. The work in RCFF started with 5 persons and the number grew to more than 600 person up till now. RCFF progressed to reach 27 specialized analytical labs and is responsible for the quality control of feed and imported feed ingredients, in addition, they contribute in implementing research plans for improving human and animal nutrition.
