Digital Transformation in Banque Misr

Sumerge is thrilled to announce the beginning of a new project with Banque Misr. We will be implementing the Enterprise Content Management solution, Workflow solution and Reporting Tool to help them better serve their customers, achieve distinguished performance as well as gain leadership. Sumerge will be responsible for the automation of 4 main processes: The Letter of Guarantee (LG) Process, the Mutual Funds Process, the Check Collection Process and the Online Money Transfer (OMT) Process. This project will be running over IBM Cognos Reporting Tool and IBM Websphere Process Server technologies.

Banque Misr was established in 1920 and is considered the second largest bank in Egypt. It’s one of the largest banks in Africa and the Middle East and it currently owns equity in 160 projects.
