Sumerge Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with MIU

Another step taken towards our University Collaboration Initiative!
On the 18th of May, our team had the partnership kickoff meeting with Misr International University (MIU). The meeting served as a building stone to the ongoing collaboration between Sumerge and MIU, where we agreed on working towards enhancing the students’ experience.
On the 19th of June, we signed the Memorandum of Understanding in the presence of Dr. Ayman Nabil – Acting Head of Computer Science Department MIU and Shady Ibrahim Abdlewahab – Sumerge’s CEO.
The collaboration between Sumerge and MIU aims to benefit MIU students and prepare them for the job market through different activities, trainings, workshops, and graduation projects mentorship. The collaboration does not only focus on the current students, but also MIU graduates by providing them with job opportunities.

Misr International University in Cairo (MIU) was established in accordance with the presidential decree no. 246 of the year 1996 with the purpose of developing an academic institution that would directly and honestly address the practical realities of the 21st century.
