Sumerge just started working on the execution of both the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management solutions utilizing IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet technologies to help Blom Bank reach its goal of digitizing its content and automating its operations. The solution will automate processes across different departments and will ease the archiving of the bank’s daily operations to reduce paper based documents that keep moving between different branches and departments. Sumerge’s solution will help the bank’s employees save time, eliminate errors and decrease the workload.
