Responsibilities:
Organizes meetings and manages databases
Books transport and accommodation
Organizes company events and conferences
Orders stationery and IT equipment
Deals with correspondence, complaints and queries
Prepares letters, presentations and reports
Monitors the work of administrative staff
Implements and maintains procedures/office administrative systems
Assists the organization's HR and finance
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in office administration
Bachelor's degree in Business or any relevant field
