In line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s focus on Digitization, Sumerge organized a roundtable event for the public sector in Saudi Arabia. On the 14th of November, Sumerge joined forces with IBM to tackle the best technologies supporting the Future of Digital Transformation.
The day started with opening remarks from Sumerge’s CEO, Shady Ibrahim, followed by a discussion about Government DX from Sumerge’s CSO, Hassan El Sinbawy. According to Hassan, “Countries now are like business corporations in seeking Better Customer Experience, Business Efficiency, & Investments.”
After Hassan’s fruitful discussion on Modern Governments Perspective, the discussion was taken to Integration & API management by IBM’s MEA Integration Leader, Mohammed Alreedi. Further into Integration, Sumerge’s technical sales architect, Abdelrahman Ali, discussed the Next Level of Integration.
And because we cannot speak about Integration, without including Automation, we invited IBM’s Technical Brand Specialist, Ahmed Aziz Sleem, to discuss Business Automation by AI.
For the second half of the event, we discussed Sumerge’s Data & AI Stack. Sumerge’s CTO, Mohamed Nour, led a discussion about Customer 360 and Data Pipeline followed by a discussion on DevOps, Modern Testing, & built-in quality.
Lastly, we discussed one of our success stories with the Public Pension Agency of Saudi Arabia (PPA). The success story discussion was led by Sumerge’s KSA Sales Manager, Ahmed Emad.
In an exclusive discussion with Sumerge’s Marketing Lead, Amr Hashim, we asked him to give us an inside scoop on the event. “We were excited to kickstart our first event in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as a beginning to a series of events we plan to execute in the kingdom.” According to Hashim, what was more exciting is the amount and quality of engagement the team received from the audience during the event. The audience were not only curious to ask questions, but also felt confident to share information and insights.
This roundtable was a successful start to many upcoming events supporting the Digital Transformation initiatives in line with Saudi’s Vision 2030.
