Sumerge implementing BPM in the Egyptian Parliament

Sumerge has just started working on a complete Document Management and Business Process Management solutions for the Egyptian Parliament. The solution is planned to manage and archive the meeting minutes for all sessions conducted by the board. It compiles the sessions’ attendees, agenda, points and subjects discussed as well as activities in one document and save them for approval and follow up. Our Document Management solution makes all documents available for access and easy to find with only a click of a button. Sumerge’s solutions will adopt IBM DB2, IBM Websphere Process Server, IBM Websphere Portal Server, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies in the execution of this project.
The Egyptian Parliament is the legislative authority of the Arab Republic of Egypt, has the power to legislate and to approve the general policy of the state and the general plan for development. It consists of at least four hundred and fifty members.
